After having gotten my first Munchery meal tonight, I must say their tagline “Personal chefs for the rest of us” is spot-on — if you’re in SF and want reasonably-priced healthy dinners cooked by personal chefs delivered to your home at the day and time of your choice, Munchery should be your first and last choice.

Of those who sit in front of the TV 3 hours per day, those who exercise are just as fat as those who don’t.
The science in this infographic doesn’t seem to completely jive with reality, and has serious issues with causation vs. correlation, but it’s pretty obvious the premise is solid — we need to exercise more and sitting 8+ hours a day is bad.
